We take the security of your financial information seriously. Here is how we protect every transaction.
We understand that giving online requires trust. The generosity of our church family makes everything we do possible — from Sunday worship to community meals to missions. That is why we have invested in industry-leading security standards to ensure every gift you make is protected from start to finish.
Your credit card number and bank account information are never stored on our servers. Period.
Every transaction on our giving page is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by banks and major financial institutions. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
Our payment processor — NMI (Network Merchants Inc.) — is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This means your card data is handled at the highest certified level of security in the payments industry.
Flat Shoals Baptist Church never sees, stores, or has access to your full credit card number or bank account details. All sensitive financial data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant processor.
When you give online, your credit card or bank information goes directly to our secure payment processor — never through our church servers. We only see your name, gift amount, and fund designation.
From the moment you click Give Now to the moment your transaction completes, your data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Your information cannot be intercepted in transit.
You will receive an automatic email receipt for every online gift — immediately after your transaction completes. This receipt serves as your giving record for tax purposes.
If you set up recurring weekly or monthly giving, your payment information is stored securely by our PCI-compliant processor — not by our church. You can update or cancel at any time.
All online gifts to Flat Shoals Baptist Church are tax-deductible contributions to a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You will receive a giving statement for your records.
