A community of faith, family, and purpose in the heart of Hart County.
Flat Shoals Baptist Church was established in 1885 — making us one of the oldest and most enduring congregations in Hart County, Georgia. For over 140 years, this church family has baptized children, married couples, buried saints, and sent missionaries. We've served our neighbors through meals and clothes closets, rallied around families in crisis, and shared the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone we meet. We are an active Southern Baptist congregation located near Hartwell, Georgia, with a long-standing history of community service and outreach.
Love God. Love People. Make Disciples.
The foundational truths that guide our faith and practice.
